Cancellation&Refund Policy

We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise and you may need to cancel your booking. This policy outlines the guidelines for cancellations and refunds for our Online Coffee Chats:

 

Cancellation by Attendees:

  • A full refund will be issued for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled booking date and time.

  • Cancellations received less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled booking date and time will not be eligible for a refund.

Cancellations by Us:

  • In the rare instance that the chosen staff member is unavailable to provide the service, we will propose a substitute date or another qualified staff member.

    • If you accept the proposed change, the original cancellation policy applies.

    • If you are unable to accept the proposed change, we will issue a full refund.

  • In the case of unpredictable events that prevent any staff member of the Globally Locals Teams from attending, a full refund will be granted to you regardless of cancellation notice. 

 

Refund Process:
If you are eligible for a refund, it will be processed within 14 business days from the date of your cancellation request.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the booking.

  • We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
